The will of the people is supreme.
That is, their will via their representatives is supreme.
That is, all the entities brought into existence by the constitution though they be independent in the performance of their mandate are accountable to the people’s representatives.
It is thus that the representatives of the people are accountable to the people by mainly way of fair, free and transparent elections.
But practically all that has long been rigged in favor of the unelected entities.
That must change back to the constitutional scheme of things.
