Anti-Constitution, Anti-Democracy, Anti-Morality Politics is not going to stay here

IK-PTI, that’s a shallow phenomenon. It has no basis in the economic reality of the country.

The narrative of corruption, taking turns in power (PPPP-PMLN), was/is a negative, anti-constitution, anti-democracy, and anti-morality.

It’s not going to survive…provided it is not pumped up again, like it was done in 2011, 2014, and then finally in 2018.

In 2014, all the support was thrown into the project, be it media, ECP, judiciary, etc, and the non-civilians. All through the 3 plus years, the same support was provided. But it couldn’t deliver.

It’s a negative phenomenon, it’s all Negative politics (https://pakpoliticaleconomy.com/?p=2321)

بُغض کی سیاست اور حُب کی سیاست

It’s all based on a personalized/customized revenge strategy. It may remain there as an isolated group, but may not grow, rather is going to be weakened in the coming months and years.

Without support from those who have been giving it support it won’t survive. It won’t survive in an open political field. Be it known it made its way only in a managed/manipulated political field.

Pakistan is not Germany or Italy. That’s something good for/with Pakistanis.

That’s why till the day, no such force, political or otherwise, could win in a free and transparent election.

So was with the IK/PTI. They were always given crutches.

From the very first day, I focused on IK/PTI’s politics and my analysis and predictions based on it proved right.

That’s fascist politics, and has little to gain in Pakistan.

In 2014, the lenient and appeasement policy strengthened this project, and this policy was a policy to save its own skin and the government by the PMLN. Because there was a siege from all sides. Media, judiciary, etc, and non-civilians worked against the government of the time. It was a complete siege.

Now it’s all different, if not all, most of it is different. My guess doesn’t accept Absolute Neutrality Theory. There is Neutrality, but not Absolute. Some differences/discords may exist.

Again, in an open and not-managed, not-manipulated (level playing) field, this IK-PTI phenomenon won’t survive long. It may wither, or remain isolated here and there.

It’s not political, it’s ultra-political or extra-political. That’s why it has no regard for any norm, rule, law, constitution, or the constitution of the country, and, no regard for any values moral or social, either.

It only represents a “dissatisfaction” on the part of an economically better section of the society. What they want? They want more space, more freedom, more liberties, for recreation, enjoyment, and time-out. They are sick of a closed society and want more of an open society. That’s their anxiety manifest in their hate for the “old politicians.”

They are not interested in politics. Or political means to gain these freedoms and liberties.

They form an apolitical/depoliticized section of the society.

I did a book on IK/PTI which published in July 2012 (سیاسی پارٹیاں یا سیاسی بندوبست), which I started writing right after its Lahore Jalsa in the end of October 2011. Did analyze other political parties also, but my focus was on the IK-PTI politics.

In that I tried to identify the tendencies and trends it was exhibiting, and on the basis of it my view was: it cannot come in power on its own, and if it is brought in power (as it was made to happen), it cannot deliver.

Here is a page from that book:

Mark my words, this IK-PTI phenomenon is going to wither away with time.
