Focus on governance!
As for talk of resetting the system and creating new provinces,
if the intention itself is flawed, how can things improve?
Governance is dead even now,
and even if 50 provinces are created,
governance will still be dead.
What is meant by ‘system reset’ is an increase in the federal government’s share,
and by ‘new provinces’ is meant an increase in the number of patronage based privileged positions.
